Libya plans to create its own copy of the Azure shore, constructing the unique eco-tourist project in the east. The leader of the Libyan revolution Maummar Gaddafi announced the previous day that the time has come to join the developed countries and show that we are a civilized nation in cultural and ecological questions . Giving a speech in the ruins and columns of the ancient Rome city of Cyrene in east of Libya, he announced an ambitious project that, according to his words, will become the first ecologically sound tourist complex of such a huge scale in the world and will include seaside resorts at the Mediterranean coastline, mountain areas Al Djebel Al-Akhdar, ancient Greek and Rome cities and antique historical and archaeological monuments.
